1. Who we are
Paymetopost is operated by Depra Studios, the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, email, country), the social handles you connect, campaign activity (posts you submit, views, earnings), and referral information. Payment onboarding is handled by Stripe Connect; we store a reference to your Stripe account but never your bank details. You must be 18 or older to use the service, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Public post metrics
To calculate earnings, we periodically poll publicly available metrics (such as view counts) for the post links you submit on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We only read data that is publicly visible on those platforms; we do not access your private account data or post on your behalf.
4. How we use your data
To run campaigns and calculate earnings, to process weekly payouts through Stripe, to detect fraud and fake engagement, to operate the referral program, and to send transactional emails such as verification and payout notices.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, Stripe for payments). Brands sponsoring a campaign can see the public posts submitted to their campaign and aggregate performance. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep account and earnings records for as long as your account is active and as required for financial and tax record-keeping after closure. Fraud-related records may be retained longer where necessary.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact Depra Studios via the details on this site to exercise them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
