Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Paymetopost is operated by Depra Studios ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Paymetopost platform, whether as a creator or a brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must own and operate the social media accounts you connect, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you post to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

3. Earnings and payment terms

Creator earnings are calculated from base pay and CPM rates on verified views, subject to per-video and per-campaign caps shown on each campaign. Payouts are processed weekly on Mondays via Stripe Connect. Balances under the $10 payout minimum roll over to the following week. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you earn.

4. Fraud and fake engagement

Views are verified against public platform data. Purchasing views, using bots, view farms, engagement pods, or any other form of artificial inflation is prohibited. Earnings attributable to fake or fraudulent engagement are forfeited, and accounts involved may be suspended or terminated. We may withhold pending payouts while a fraud review is in progress.

5. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting a post to a campaign, you grant the sponsoring brand and us a license to view, track and reference that post for campaign purposes. Content must comply with campaign briefs, applicable advertising disclosure rules, and platform policies.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Legitimate earned balances above the payout minimum are paid out on the normal schedule after termination, except amounts forfeited under section 4.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
